Related Affordable is seeking a skilled Community Manager for our Mountain Homes, ID, 44-unit affordable housing community. You will lead a dedicated team and oversee leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compliance to provide a quality living environment for residents.

You will drive operational excellence, manage finances, and build strong tenant relations while ensuring adherence to program requirements and community standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and accounting principles.
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards (or similar PM software).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise office and maintenance staff, including hiring and training.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and administrative functions.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Foster strong resident relations and handle tenant-landlord issues.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC).
• Supervise maintenance and ensure timely service.
• Develop and manage the property's budget.
• Prepare reports to track performance and identify improvements.
• Lead special projects to enhance the community.
