Related Affordable seeks a Community Manager for a 44-unit affordable housing community in Mountain Homes, ID. You will lead staff, manage leasing and finances, and ensure regulatory compliance to provide a quality living environment.

You’ll oversee operations, build resident relationships, and drive performance while guiding budgeting, reporting, and special projects to improve the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Expertise in affordable housing programs (Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC).
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and accounting.
• Experience with property management software: RealPage, OneSite, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise office and maintenance staff, including hiring and training.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and admin tasks.
• Ensure financial operations: AP/AR, rent collection, delinquency management.
• Foster resident relations and handle tenant/landlord issues.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing programs (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC).
• Supervise property maintenance and ensure quality service.
• Develop and manage the property's financial budget.
• Prepare key reports to track performance and opportunities.
• Take on special projects to enhance the community.
