Job summary

Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager in Mansfield, PA to lead with heart, oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and LIHTC/HUD compliance, and mentor a property team. You’ll build trusted relationships with housing authorities and residents while reflecting Conifer’s mission of dignity and care.

The role offers $60,000–$65,000 annually, Mon–Fri, plus holidays, PTO, health benefits, retirement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have 2+ years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files.
• Experience with inspections, reporting, and affordable housing compliance.
• Ability to mentor teams, manage leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and mentor the property team.
• Shape home by ensuring inspections and compliance.
• Open doors by building relationships with housing authorities and partners.
• Balance leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management with integrity.
• Support residents through move-ins/outs and daily needs with professionalism.
