Job summary

Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager in Mansfield, PA to lead with heart, oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and LIHTC/HUD compliance, and mentor a property team. You’ll build trusted relationships with housing authorities and residents while reflecting Conifer’s mission of dignity and care.

The role offers $60,000–$65,000 annually, Mon–Fri, plus holidays, PTO, health benefits, retirement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have 2+ years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files.
• Experience with inspections, reporting, and affordable housing compliance.
• Ability to mentor teams, manage leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor oversight.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40hrs

• Lead with heart – use your 1+ years of property management experience to mentor your team, foster growth, and create a culture where everyone feels valued.
• Shape "home" – apply your expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance (hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files). Requirements

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
