Qualifications

• 1+ years property management experience.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files.
• Strong leadership and community-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and mentor the site team to foster growth and culture.
• Ensure affordable housing compliance and accurate reporting (LIHTC/HUD).
• Build relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with resources.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Guide residents through move-ins and move-outs with empathy and professionalism.
• Own the community and uphold Conifer's mission of dignity, quality, and care.
