Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager to lead and grow an affordable housing community in Mansfield, PA. You will motivate a team, manage leasing and finances, and ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD requirements, delivering secure, welcoming homes.

The role emphasizes leadership with empathy, resident relations, and meeting performance targets while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience with inspections and reporting in affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart, mentor the team, and foster a culture where everyone is valued.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management with accuracy and integrity.
• Guide residents through move-ins/move-outs and daily needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with resources.
• Ensure quality, dignity, and care reflect Conifer's mission across the community.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40hrs

Every day, as a Community (Property) Manager, you'll be a force for stability, hope, and community:

• Lead with heart – use your 1+ years of property management experience to mentor your team, foster growth, and create a culture where everyone feels valued.
• Shape "home" – apply your expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance (hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files). Requirements

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
