Conifer Realty LLC in Mays Landing, NJ is hiring a Community (Property) Manager for affordable housing. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, oversee leasing and rent collection, and ensure compliance across LIHTC/HUD files while delivering a stable, welcoming home for residents.

We’re seeking a mission-driven leader with 1+ year of property management experience, strong community focus, and the ability to build partnerships with housing authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Certified for LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files (or willing to obtain).
• Strong inspections and reporting for affordable housing compliance.
• Ability to build relationships with housing authorities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities and rent collection with financial oversight.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Guide residents through move-ins and move-outs with professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with housing authorities and partners.
