FlourishesConsulting seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to support the closing of SBA 504 and Ohio 166 loan portfolios. The role involves collaboration with borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel to ensure accurate closing, documentation, and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience in loan closing, servicing, or related financial services, strong regulatory understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial loan closing, lending, portfolio management, or loan servicing.
• Ability to adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate SBA 504 and Ohio 166 loan closings with borrowers, lending partners, and counsel.
• Review borrower and partner documentation and analyze financial statements.
• Prepare closing documents and explain terms to borrowers; obtain signatures.
• Develop and maintain portfolio reports and support servicing actions.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
