Qualifications

• 2+ years of related banking experience.
• Understanding of commercial lending concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in commercial loan documentation and closing.
• Familiarity with banking systems: LoanIQ, SalesForce, LaserPro, DocuSign, BOS.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-closing services for a portfolio of complex loan structures.
• Collaborate in-person with LOB, legal counsel, and third parties to ensure timely closings.
• Analyze and resolve risk-related issues and maintain compliance with approvals.
• Prepare and review covenant waivers and Laser Pro Lending documents.
• Coordinate electronic execution of documents and funding processes.
• Monitor and manage reports such as Documentation Exceptions and Conditions of Approval in nCino.
• Conduct UCC, lien, and insurance reviews; confirm authorized signers.
• Participate in client meetings and pipeline discussions, including onsite participation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and onsite training compliance.
• Adhere to KeyBank policies and demonstrate professional conduct.
