Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Project Manager - EPMO - Clinical Systems to lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and of high quality. You will provide leadership in planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and status reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; 5 years PM experience.
• PM Certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of a team and projects, including coordination, status reports, schedules, scope, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity across MCIT functional areas.
• Ensure programs align to strategic objectives and deliver value.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, resource plans, and team assignments; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage hybrid/Agile and traditional milestones reporting to leadership.
• Interface with teams to ensure MCIT standards and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to senior management presentations and EPMO process improvements.
• Assist with contracts and purchase order processes.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
