Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Clinical Systems to lead complex enterprise projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report to senior leadership. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Expert-level understanding of traditional SDLC or Agile methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with senior executives.
• Knowledge of resource management practices and change management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of a team and projects, including scope, schedules, risks, and reporting.
• Manage cross-functional, high-complexity projects across MCIT functional areas.
• Ensure alignment of multiple projects to strategic objectives.
• Create and deliver executive-level communications on delivery planning and status.
• Mentor coordinators and PMs; support EPMO process improvements.
• Adhere to contracting and purchase-order processes and lead RFP activities.
