Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and PM methodologies/tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams and manage ambiguity.
• Experience with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of multiple complex projects and teams.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Align projects with strategic objectives across MCIT and clinical IT.
• Develop governance structures, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Support EPMO process improvements and governance.
• Prepare senior leadership presentations.

Education
