Job summary

NYU Langone Medical Center is seeking a Project Manager, Outreach & Education to lead community-based outreach, educational programming, and communications coordinating across departments. This role oversees projects from initiation through execution, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in health care administration or related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience coordinating clinical/research trials.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook; internet tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with all management levels and within a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management systems to improve workflow and track progress.
• Manage project initiation, timelines, milestones, deliverables and follow-up across outreach, education, and events.
• Coordinate community outreach events, lectures, workshops, and educational programs.
• Design and disseminate communications across channels and maintain relevant content.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, and administrative tools for successful program implementation.
