Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine, part of NYU Langone Health in New York, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support coordination of research studies and patient-related activities. The role involves recruitment, data collection, and regulatory liaison with IRB and trial sponsors.

The candidate will ensure protocols are followed under Good Clinical Practices and HIPAA, interfacing with investigators, research nurses, and other staff. A Bachelor's degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research studies, assist with recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions and data collection.
• Liaise with internal and external funding agencies and regulatory bodies (IRB, Office of Clinical Trials).
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices and HIPAA in study execution.
• Collect, audit, and report data; prepare forms and reports for sponsors and PI.
• Monitor budget, support project coordination, and contribute to special projects as needed.
