Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and screening activities, ensuring diverse patient eligibility.
• Support informed consent discussions and accurate eligibility documentation.
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory compliance per NYU/IRB/CTO policies.
• Track protocol forms and patient safety data across trial lifecycles.
• Prepare for study visits, order biospecimen collection, and manage AE/ConMed entries.
