Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, social work, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Current and valid clinical license (RN, LCSW, or other appropriate certifications).
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in outpatient setting, with 2-3 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and understanding outpatient care operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to outpatient teams, including physicians and nurses.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff performance; guide professional development.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical and operational goals.
• Oversee daily outpatient operations; ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols to improve patient care and workflow.
• Monitor compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other standards; drive quality improvement.
• Lead ongoing clinical education and staff training; recruit and retain staff.
• Ensure outpatient services are patient-centered and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Support budgeting and resource management for outpatient services.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration for integrated care.
