Essen Health Care seeks a Director of Specialty Services to lead operational and strategic efforts across multiple specialty clinics in New York. You will drive access, patient outcomes, and service-line growth while aligning with executive leadership and physician stakeholders.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, workforce leadership, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years in healthcare operations; leadership in specialty/ambulatory settings.
• Experience with multispecialty groups, population health, and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and strategic leadership for specialty services across multiple locations.
• Oversee clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and provider productivity.
• Develop policies, budgets, and performance dashboards aligned with population health goals.
• Lead and develop specialty practice managers and clinical teams; recruit and retain providers.
• Partner with physician leaders to improve access, referral pathways, and patient outcomes.
