Essen Health Care is seeking a Director of Specialty Services to provide operational and strategic leadership across its multispecialty network in New York. You will drive service line growth, optimize clinic operations, and enhance patient outcomes with close collaboration with physician leadership and executive teams.

Lead budgeting, policy development, and workforce management while advancing population health initiatives and value-based care across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field required
• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) preferred
• 7–10+ years of healthcare operations experience
• 3–5+ years in leadership overseeing specialty practices or ambulatory services
• Experience with multispecialty medical groups or physician networks preferred
• Strong leadership and provider relationship management skills
• Data-driven approach to improve access, quality, and efficiency

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership to develop and grow specialty service lines
• Oversee day-to-day operations of specialty clinics and programs
• Guide provider engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• Develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards
• Improve patient access, experience, and care coordination
