The candidate should bring healthcare management experience, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with EHR systems to lead a dynamic team focused on compassionate patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a minimum of two years of relevant higher-level education and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership within a healthcare setting, preferably urgent care or outpatient services.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in healthcare technology systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a clinically competent and engaged team.
• Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, and development of staff.
• Direct patient care initiatives and ensure exemplary patient experiences.
• Ensure clinic operations comply with OSHA, CLIA and regulatory standards.
• Oversee budgeting, supply inventory, and revenue cycle management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operations and patient flow.
• Build relationships with community partners to promote the clinic’s services.
