First Step Communities in Sacramento is seeking Client Support Associates (CSA) to help residents at Stockton Safe Stay, a semi-outdoor program on Roseville Road Shelter. You will monitor guests, provide safety, and connect clients with resources.

This in-person, full-time role requires working weekends, standing outdoors in varying weather, and maintaining daily logs and incident reports. Driver’s license or government ID is required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and facilitate the transition of guests to shelter areas.
• Maintain focus to perform essential job functions safely.
• Regulate emotions and maintain professionalism in interactions with clients and coworkers.
• Lead conflict resolution when issues arise.
• Disinfect and clean assigned shelter beds/cabins; manage client belongings.
• Write daily activity logs and incident reports with regular attendance.
• Ensure clients check in/out of the facility.
• Distribute meals to clients and process donations.
