Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field from four-year college/university.
• Strong experience in continuous improvement in medical device/biotech environments or related industries.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to plan, organize, and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Establish CI goals and execute plans with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to deliver improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and facilitate collaboration to drive alignment and successful execution.
