Job summary

Mission Critical Group seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across its engineering organization. You will develop workflows, procedures, and governance to improve quality, efficiency and scalability, partnering with all engineering functions to implement sustainable, growth-supporting improvements.

You will lead Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement projects, establish KPIs, and drive standardization while implementing digital tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of engineering, operations, manufacturing, or continuous improvement experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certification preferred.
• Experience within ETO manufacturing, electrical equipment, switchgear, or industrial engineering environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering functions.
• Analyze engineering workflows and identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain engineering procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Establish engineering KPIs and performance measurement systems.
• Facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement projects.
• Drive standardization and best practices across engineering teams.
• Implement digital tools, automation, and workflow enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis for process-related issues.
• Conduct process audits and maturity assessments.
• Support organizational transformation and engineering excellence initiatives.
