Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Lean manufacturing preferred.
• 2–5 years of continuous improvement or related experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma methods and project management skills.
• Toyota Production System experience is required.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, CAD, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Create value stream maps to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead standard work teams and develop standard work.
• Drive Kaizen culture and train staff on Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
• Manage multiple projects with detailed plans and deadlines.
• Improve 5S, visualization, and SMED setup reduction.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity goals across the plant.
