Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement at our Chaska, MN site. Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across two manufacturing sites, coach leaders, and drive world-class performance in quality, service, and cost. The role supervises CI engineers and supports digital performance measurement systems.

You will deploy CI strategy, mentor teams, and collaborate with site Directors to push for continuous improvement and cultural change across the Minnesota region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement program management.
• Experience with Lean Methodologies, SPC and/or Six Sigma Black Belt

Responsibilities

• Develop a CI roadmap across two manufacturing sites to scope and implement improvement objectives.
• Supervise, train and direct the CI regional team.
• Coach site leaders to ensure CI projects are completed on time and with impact.
• Ensure progress aligns with the CI masterplan; investigate deviations and propose countermeasures.
• Lead complex cross-functional CI projects and hands-on when needed.
• Drive adoption of OEE and SPC measurement systems.
• Conduct Lean Workshops, Kaizen events, and support Kaizen activities.
• Sustain past projects and promote standardization of improved processes.
• Coach cell leaders to communicate performance against site goals.
• Lead the plant CI Council and participate in the Global CI Council
