Job summary

Career Team in Deep East Texas is seeking a full-time CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Program Manager to oversee CHOICES, SNAP E&T, and NCP programs and coach the Career Advisors. You will supervise daily operations, review performance, complete monthly reports, train staff in case management, and build partnerships with community partners and employers.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (Business Admin, Psychology, Social Services or related) or equivalent, plus 2–4 years of management experience; MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years of management.
• Knowledge of CHOICES (TANF), SNAP E&T, and NCP program operations.
• Strong customer service, performance management, and training abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to CHOICES/SNAP/NCP Career Advisors.
• Approve enrollment applications and oversee referral pathways.
• Lead program staff to meet performance goals and maintain records.
• Develop quality management for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze Work In Texas reports to support performance activities.
• Prepare and present monthly activity reports and outcomes.
• Address customer complaints with strong service principles.
