The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS), seeks a Child Welfare Services Case Manager 1 in Cordele, GA. Under supervision, you will provide investigative and comprehensive case management for reports of child maltreatment, ensuring safety and permanency.

You will develop safety plans, coordinate services with families and partners, and document activities while participating in after-hours on-call duties.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment and conducts assessments that identify safety concerns.
• Develops safety plans to address identified concerns and ensures appropriate follow-through.
