Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of case management experience, or one year at the lower level.
• Must pass the agency testing protocol for the position.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Initiates timely face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment.
• Develops and implements safety plans addressing identified safety concerns.
• Conducts diligent search efforts to locate the child/family when contact is unavailable.
• Utilizes Solution Based Casework (SBC) in practice.
• Collaborates with families to develop and implement Family Functioning, Action, and Family Plans.
