Job summary

Family and Children Services, Division of in Georgia seeks a Child Welfare Services Case Manager 1 in Donalsonville. You will partner with families, complete genograms, and coordinate with community resources to support children’s well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to travel using a privately owned vehicle as needed.
• Must pass the agency testing protocol and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment and conducts assessments that identify safety concerns.
• Develops and implements safety plans to address identified safety concerns.
• Collaborates with families and community partners to build support networks and achieve permanency goals.
• Documents case management activities within policy timelines and maintains accurate records.
