Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program structure for foster care and adoption.
• Supervise foster/adoptive families to ensure licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with families to guide adoption processes.
• Maintain timely and accurate paperwork for each child’s care.
• Attend hearings, meetings, and visits as required.
• Provide crisis management and implement clinical strategies as trained.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain records per policy.
