Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) seeks an entry-level facility and classroom support role in Roswell, NM. You will perform daily cleaning, inventory control, meal preparation and supervision support for children under the Head Start program.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED) and a CDA credential or equivalent, plus one year of related experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDA credential or state CDA-equivalent required or onboarding enrolled within 18 months of hire.
• One year of related work experience required.
• Ability to respond sensitively to diverse populations.
• Knowledge of safety and health procedures per policy.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Inventory control of cleaning supplies; ordering and receiving.
• Seasonal deep cleaning and maintenance of building interiors/exteriors.
• Hyper-sanitation protocols when directed.
• Ensure safety/health procedures align with policy.
• Prepare and serve classroom meals; assist with family-style activities.
• Assist with classroom supervision and event setup/teardown.
• Repair/maintenance of buildings and equipment as needed.
• Report safety or health issues promptly.
