Responsibilities

• Assess residents' OT needs and match services with available offerings.
• Meet with residents regularly according to treatment program; evaluate and maintain progress records.
• Report progress to management and family members and discuss regularly.
• Repeat evaluations to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
• Stay current with professional literature and attend seminars to maintain and update skills.
