Job summary

CADES’ Adult Day Program is seeking a Lead Community Support Professional to provide program leadership, coordination, and high-quality direct support for participants. You will model, train, and supervise CSPs, assist with onboarding, and help ensure therapeutic, person-centered programming in alignment with ISPs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and daily operations to promote holistic wellness and meaningful participation for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Non-profit human services experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience with individuals with multiple disabilities, including safety and communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to CSPs and assign tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff and volunteers.
• Ensure programming is therapeutic and aligns with ISPs and safety standards.
• Complete documentation: logs, ISP data, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Oversee data collection by CSPs and maintain medications certification if required.
• Support transportation and ensure safety during mobility.
