As an Assistant Program Director, you'll play an important leadership role in supporting our Community Developmental Services (CDS) programs and the individuals and families we serve.Working closely with program leadership, you'll help oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop team members, ensure compliance and quality standards are met, and strengthen collaboration across our Family Support and Individual Support programs.
