Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with relevant certification (CADC/CATC/SUDCC/SUDCC II/III/IV) or WA CDP credentials.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in addictions setting.
• All certifications must be maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager for individuals with mental illness focusing on substance use and recovery.
• Assist clients to live as independently as possible in their community.
• Engage clients in services to address substance use disorders and related needs.
