• High School Graduation or GED equivalent with 2 years of direct mental health/community services
• Valid and current driver's license with your name on personal vehicle insurance
• Willingness to use personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders
• Assist clients to live as independently as possible in their chosen community
