Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field or an Associate’s degree with 7+ years in social services.
• Knowledge of the Human Services delivery system and networking.
• Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet; daily data backups.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, case management and files; maintain progress by residents and prepare statistical reports.
• Meet with Directors/Resident Manager to review intakes and progress.
• Coordinate services with community resources and DHS requirements.
• Provide data as requested by DHS or Salvation Army DHQ; maintain confidentiality of residents.
• Develop and update service plans; support residents in goal setting and housing stability.
• Collect and report program data (HMIS, funder data) and maintain case notes and monthly outcomes.
