Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Mission Case Manager to implement strategies and coordinate services for program participants. The role focuses on intake, planning, and progress monitoring to support stability, employment, education, and housing goals.

Responsibilities include coaching, referrals, inter-team collaboration, and documentation in required systems. Travel within the service area and light administrative duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience providing case management or direct support services to individuals with barriers to stability or employment.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and exercise professional judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management/CRM systems is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred (program dependent).

Responsibilities

• Engage service seekers to set goals, actions, and timelines aligned to outcomes.
• Conduct intake and ongoing assessments of strengths, needs and barriers.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans with progress updates.
• Provide coaching, navigation and referrals to employment, housing and health resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners; maintain communications with referrals.
• Maintain regular contact via in-person, virtual, and community meetings.
• Document services and progress in required systems; ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
