Job summary

The Developmental Services Supervisor Of Case Management in Norwich, CT, oversees 10+ DS Case Managers and a caseload of over 300 individuals living in communities or family homes. The role ensures planning and coordination of services for individuals with ID/DD, involving coordination with DDS funding, day supports and residential services.

This full-time position requires working hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), travel between DDS locations, and flexibility to meet job demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree meeting QIDP eligibility and three years of case management experience.
• Master's degree meeting QIDP eligibility and two years of case management experience.
• Eligible for QIDP certification as required by federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, assigns, oversees and reviews staff performance.
• Provides staff training and assistance; conducts evaluations.
• Develops priorities and unit procedures; maintains policies.
• Liaises with agencies and outside officials regarding unit policies.
