Job summary

Eckerd Connects in Kittrell, NC is seeking a Career Technical Training Manager to lead the CTT department within the Job Corps program. You will plan, direct, and supervise curricula, materials, and instructional needs in classrooms across the site.

The role requires ensuring approved curricula are taught, managing resources, tracking student progress, and submitting required reports. You will work with the Education and Training Director on policy updates and program improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in work-related field preferred.
• Three years' experience with one year in supervision preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and supervises the Career Technical Training department.
• Ensures Job Corps approved curricula are taught in classrooms; supervises materials procurement.
• Plans instructional needs and maintains proper teaching methods.
• Prepares reports and maintains records of student progress and attendance.
• Proposes changes to policies to the Education and Training Director.
