Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disabilities or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to transport individuals and maintain insurance as per RISe policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals living with disabilities find and maintain competitive employment.
• Collaborate with Vocational Rehab and state entities to place and support clients.
• Coordinate transportation and support to ensure successful job retention.
