Blood Cancer United in Charleston, SC, invites a Campaign Fundraising Manager to drive peer-to-peer fundraising, recruit and nurture high‑level volunteers, and grow donor engagement within a defined market. You will collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research teams to share the mission and maximize fundraising impact.

The role requires 4–6 years in a related field, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong relationship, planning, and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in a directly relatable fundraising role.
• Strong relationship building, volunteer recruitment and sales skills.
• Proven ability to forecast, plan and manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with fundraising volunteers and organizations.
• Drive high‑impact peer‑to‑peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research teams.
• Recruit and cultivate high‑level volunteer committees.
• Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners.
