Verkada seeks a Business Systems Support Specialist to back our Business Systems team, expanding the internal user base and supporting the sales team. You will ensure users have the best possible experience with our suite of tools and processes.

Joining a lean, highly technical team, you will solve problems at scale, leverage strong Excel/Sheets skills, and demonstrate a customer‑obsessed mindset to enable efficient use across the organization.

Qualifications

• Customer-obsessed mindset and eagerness to help others.
• Solid understanding of business analysis including intermediate Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for platform users of our business systems tools.
• Prioritize and improve user experience in Salesforce for the sales org.
• Document and communicate processes, tips, and tricks.
• Enable users to use business tools effectively.
• Understand system context and scale to effectively solve problems.
• Identify improvements and collaborate with engineering for regular updates.
