Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and adolescents aged 2–21, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions under clinical supervision. Requirements include a service-related bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 1 year of direct contact experience, valid driver's license, and background clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a service-related field with 1 year of direct contact experience.
• Associate's degree with 1 year of direct contact experience with children/adolescents.
• High school diploma and 40-hour RBT training plus 1 year of direct contact experience.
• Background checks and clearances to work with children and Medicaid/Medicare programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral health services under clinical supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2–21.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document progress weekly.
