Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and adolescents aged 2–21, delivering evidence-based ABA services under clinical supervision. Qualifications

• BA/ABA training and experience with children/adolescents required or preferred.
• Experience providing direct 1:1 behavioral health services preferred.
• Must be able to collect and document data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans.
• Support children and adolescents 2–21 in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect accurate behavioral and treatment data and report weekly.
