As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC, you will have the opportunity to directly impact clients' lives through evidence‑based interventions and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral health interventions to individuals aged 2‑21 in homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans (ITP) under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant (BC) and Assistant‑Behavior Consultant (A‑BC).
• Focus on social skills, life skills and adaptive functioning to help clients transfer skills to everyday contexts.
• Complete daily paperwork and submit weekly reports to the office for review.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with IBHS regulations and MCO guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed a 40‑hour RBT training program with certification signed by a BCBA or BC‑ABA.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• When having a bachelor’s degree:
  • Law, psychology, social work, counseling, education, or criminal justice with no prior work experience.
  • Any other field with at least one year of full‑time paid work involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
• When having an associate degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor’s degree:
  • At least three years of full‑time paid work involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Licensed practical nurse with at least three years of full‑time paid work involving direct contact with children or adolescents.

Other Requirements

• Background checks, transcripts of degrees, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances).
• Active mandated reporting certificate (Act 31) and NSOR verification.
• Ability to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Compensation

Salary: $18‑$25 per hour. Flexible full‑time and part‑time hours available.
