Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and adolescents aged 2–21. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and help build social and communication skills under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level degree in a service-related field plus at least 1 year of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Associate's degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor's degree plus 1 year of direct contact experience with children or adolescents.
• 40-hour RBT Task List training completed with required experience in direct contact with children or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision of the clinical team.
• Implement ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2–21.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral and treatment data and document daily.
• Work in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collaborate with Behavior Consultants and clinical staff.
