Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA interventions for youth ages 2–21 in homes, schools, and community settings. Under supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and report progress to supervisors while pursuing ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA trainings as assigned and complete related trainings.
• Provide 1:1 ABA interventions for children/adolescents in home, school, or community settings.
• Follow individualized ABA treatment plans to provide therapeutic services.
• Transfer skills to school personnel and family members.
• Attend weekly supervision.
• Record data and chart progress daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions focused on social, life, and adaptive skills.
• Work under supervision of BC and A-BC in various settings.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision to enhance ABA intervention skills.
• Interact directly with clients aged 2–21 and complete required paperwork daily.
