Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–21, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to help them reach individualized goals.

This role offers competitive pay ($20–$25/hour), flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend), and options for full-time or part-time employment with RBT training and ongoing supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a service-related field plus 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Associate degree (60 credits) plus 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• High school diploma plus 40-hour RBT training and 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document weekly.
• Collaborate with Behavior Consultants and clinical team.
• Work in homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
