Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions is hiring Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–21, helping them develop social, communication, and adaptive skills through evidence-based ABA interventions.

Education options include a Bachelor's degree in a service-related field with at least 1 year of direct child experience, an Associate degree with 1 year, or a high school diploma plus 40 hours of RBT training and 1

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a service-related field with at least 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Associate's Degree with 1 year of direct contact experience with children or adolescents.
• High School Diploma plus 40-hour RBT training and 1 year of direct contact experience with children or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians and other team members.

Education
