Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences. You will work one-on-one in clients' homes and community settings under BCBA guidance to build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
